I never chose to play rugby but my siblings have played from like a young age and my dad invited me to a training session, told me to do it for a month, but if I didn’t like it I could quit and I went to a club that had three girls on a team. didn’t play any matches, went to a joint match with Hove, got invited there and that was kind of the rest of it. I loved it so much, I made what I hope to be forever friends and I just, it makes me proud to do, it gives me pride to play for Newman and to be a part of this community and I love it, so yeah.
